Cancellation & Return

Order cancellation are not allowed as an order placed directly goes to production queue and freshly produced against each order.

 

For Product return please contact us on mail: chocolateywish@gmail.com or call / whatsApp +919611917002 immediately after product receipt, with a detailed description and photograph(s) evidencing your dissatisfaction.

Refund are not offered against return instead discount coupon of same value as of accepted claim with validity of 6 months will be provided.

Due to the perishable nature product, all claims submitted without proper support will not be eligible for return.We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any request for any reason.
